Business Analyst / IA Data

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst / AI Data : to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Remote work possible

Responsabilities :

• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of a portfolio products, provide a
• reference point for all aspects of these products;
• Participation in technical and business meetings with IT and Business stakeholders
• Provide product expertise and analysis services supporting all Data and AI Operations team
• Act as an interface between the business stakeholders and the Data and AI Operations team
• •Conduct thorough analyses on Community Detection using advanced AI techniques and on AI assisted Reporting by fully understanding the internal AI tools
• Set up evaluation protocols with regards to the compatibility of the developed trustworthy AI
• solutions against the AI Act;
• Ensure the evolution of experimental Proof-of-concepts into mature IT solutions if successful;
• Assist the business owners in expressing their business needs and in mapping and describing their data assets, in a clear manner;
• Gathering business requirements and the definition of functional and non-functional requirements, risk analysis, and business case analysis in a structured and clear way;
• Conducting meetings with the business stakeholders in the context of the analysis and elaboration of vision documents;
• Production of data analysis models and analysis documents that can be understood by the business stakeholders and meaningful for the development team;
• Preparation of relevant solution requirements and express them in a structured and clear manner;
• Preparing and managing efficient acceptance criteria and conduct the test exercises with the business stakeholders;
• Coordination and review of relevant test cases and test reports;
• Contribute to user management and communication activities as well as internal knowledge sharing activities: preparing and delivering training and workshops, developing communication and support materials, animating user communities and supporting communication channels;
• Interaction with the team leaders, customer, users, project managers and the developers

Technical skills

• Very good knowledge of service design and service operation;
• Very good knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS or Azure);
• Ability to model data and business processes efficiently and fast;
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, activities or tasks under time constraints with a proven ability to meet challenging deadlines;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Ability to apply high quality standards;
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in data and analytics domain;
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills;

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• Excellent knowledge of Risk Management/Risk Prediction IT systems;
• Excellent knowledge of AI technologies and models;
• Excellent knowledge of Agile and Agile transformations;
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and user acceptance support;
• Experience in delivering solutions based on cloud providers (AWS or Azure).
• Experience in delivering solutions based on Haystack (Enterprize) LLM framework.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset.
• Certified in Agile methodologies, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent
